I just had my 4th baby boy in January and will be taking some time off from birth work to recover and bond with my little nugget. If you are due this year, reach out with your estimated due date and we can chat!

As your birth doula, I will provide you with all the information you need to make informed and educated decisions that will work best for you. I can support you for your home birth, at a birth center, or hospital birth. If you wish to have an un-medicated birth, epidural, or plan to have a cesarean, I can offer you education, resources, and support whichever way you choose to birth your child. My desire and purpose is to provide you with the education, confidence, and support to birth the way you feel is best. My goal is that you know your options, feel supported in your decisions, and have a positive beginning to your life as a parent.
